The Conservatory Bar is a sophisticated a speciality wine bar, a place for after-work drinks with friends or to spend the evening indulging in our speciality wine tastings.
We currently have 800+ bottles from around the world, a large portion coming from Australia. We’re pleased to announce that The Conservatory Bar has been awarded an official '2 glass rating' from the Australian Wine List of The Year in 2022. This award is a symbol of the hard work and constant monitoring that’s required to maintain an excellent quality wine list.

The Conservatory Bar hosts a bi-weekly wine night where Ross selects nine different wines with varying regions, varietals, vintages, & more. We aim to make these nights fun and enjoyable for drinkers of all levels. Whether you are new to the wine world or a seasoned professional.
