We currently have over 900 different wines on the menu from Australia and all around the world. We’re pleased to announce that we have been awarded an official '2 glass rating' from the Australian Wine List of The Year Awards. While we do pride ourselves on our extensive wine menu, we do also have a great cocktail menu with a mix of original and classic cocktails.

Oh my goodness !!!! This place is so so unique and amazing ! The owner and manager is so talented to create this bar ; it has a hidden surprise too if you ask him ! He makes the best cocktails too ! Such a wonderful choice in both cocktails and wines and I had a cheese platter too ; I will be coming back for sure ! Thankyou so much from Rosalie x

Not sure... Nice and cosy, food and drink great...but perhaps too cluttered, too dark and sort of arresting.. And a bit of an odd smell too... I didn't want to stay even though it was seemingly nice.. the owner lady seems amazing too

This place is a must. An amazing guy, really passionate about his craft. Get the all day english Tea. It is amazing. No notes. Very rare for me, but there is no way this place could have improved. The vibe, the cocktails, the atmosphere, the Decoration. Perfect. Thank you for an amazing day.

What an absolutely unforgettable evening at the conservatory bar on Thursday night, made truly magical by Ross and Sarah. ✨ For my 30th birthday, Ross curated six extraordinary 1996 vintage wines, paired with the most thoughtful and delicious menu. From chorizo on silky pumpkin purée, pulled-pork sliders and burrata with tomato passata, to the standout wasabi carpaccio which I’m still thinking about… every dish felt intentional and perfectly matched to the night. Hosting it in the private room on a weekday was such a gift. Having Ross and Sarah’s full attention, their storytelling, care and quiet orchestration behind the scenes made the experience feel incredibly personal and special. The atmosphere, the pacing, the warmth – everything was just right. A night I’ll treasure for a long time. Thank you both for creating such a beautiful, generous and memorable celebration 🤍🍷
