Sunday Speakeasy Cinema
Sunday 8 March 2026 - 4pm
It’s the 1950s — and the golden age of black & white cinema is still in full swing.
Step back in time & join us for a classic film, trivia, delicious food & delightful company in our hidden room.
Ticket options:

A Century of Etiquette on the Silver Screen

You are cordially invited to a special evening of food, wine and a one of a kind entertainment with author, teacher and etiquette historian, Maura J. Graber from California and Elizabeth Soós of Auersmont Etiquette in Melbourne.
We will cover the films that have tickled us with their style in slyly teaching proper manners and mannerisms.

Big Reds & Brisket Wine Tasting

What goes better with smoked brisket than a Big Red? Our first major tasting for 2026 will be a collaboration with Slap & Pickle Smokehouse.
We'll be hosting a full tasting featuring Big Reds & some surprises.

Tropical North Queensland’s vibrant food story comes to life in April 2026 for the inaugural Tasting the Tropics, a series of events and special offerings showcasing the region’s exciting food and drink scene.
To celebrate Tasting the Tropics, we've created a special wine flight paired with two small plates showcasing some of our favourite local ingredients:

Tablelands Blue Beef Carpaccio with Wasabi Aioli and Nori flakes – expertly paired with three Queensland wines

Chocolate Port Panna Cotta with Mungalli Biodynamic Dairy cream, Daintree chocolate and Davidson Plum gel – expertly paired with two Queensland wines
