New Epic Chardonnay from Brash Higgins

I have two bottles of this absolutely stunning Chardonnay. Perhaps my favourite Chardonnay produced in Australia. This beast of a wine spends 6 and a half years in oak (white burgundy barrels) and 1 year in the bottle before release. Very low production (4 barrels only) which makes me super excited to have some and drink it, but also makes me sad that it won't be around for long.
